A 4.9 Billion Dollar Project that will include :
40 high-rise towers for residential and commercial purposes,
145 apartment buildings,
4 hotels, 2 resorts
400 water-front and park-side villas,
5 marine clubs,
a large commercial center including a hypermarket, nine smaller commercial centers.
2 Entertainment centers
and will accommodate over 40,000 residents.
Project to complete: 2010.
